We’ve recently changed the UI, which allows for better visualizations such as the dashboard view below.
The initial type of information you can gather from the reporting include:
- Mailbox Sizes
- Archive Sizes
- Quota Usage
- Mobile Devices
- Item Counts
- Mailbox Permissions
The administration features currently allow you to do things like:
- Reset Passwords (with options for never expire)
- Set Mailbox Permissions (Send As, Full Mailbox Access)
- Set Mailbox Folder Permissions (Reviewer, Editor, Owner, etc)
- Set Forwarders on Mailboxes
- Create Shared Mailboxes
We are working hard to add more administrative functionality and reports in the coming months. If you have any ideas for functionality that you’d like to see please let us know. We take feedback seriously and plan on having it help guide our development efforts going forward.
