You may not know it, but if you are already on Microsoft Online or considering moving to
Microsoft Online, you have access to funds from Microsoft that can be used to get assistance
from MessageOps. The Microsoft Program is known as the Partner of Record, and while you
can't access the funds directly, you can specify these funds be paid to your selected Partner
in exchange for migration assistance and ongoing support after the migration. MessageOps
provides our services and utilities free of charge, in exchange for being the Partner of Record

During the trial, MessageOps will walk you
through the signup process and give you an
overview of the Microsoft Online service. You'll
have the ability to test the full BPOS suite and
make the determination if it will fit your
Organization's needs. If you have any
questions or encounter difficulties during the
trial phase, MessageOps will be there answer
your questions and assist you with
troubleshooting issues.

If you decide to move forward with Microsoft
Online, MessageOps will work with you to
integrate your existing environment with Microsoft
Online. Depending on your current environment
this might include tasks such as configuring
SMTP coexistence, enabling Directory
Synchronization, or preparing and importing user
lists into Microsoft Online.

After the integration is complete, MessageOps
will work with your organization to develop a
migration process. Typically MessageOps will
migrate a small subset of Pilot users and train
your existing staff to perform the remainder of the
migrations. If your desire is to have MessageOps
perform all the data migrations, a fixed fee per
mailbox will be charged.

will be there to support your organization during
and after the migration

When you partner with MessageOps on your migration to Microsoft Online, you are given
full access to our tools and documentation library. The library includes numerous tools and
scripts to help you migrate from Exchange or Lotus Notes as well as sample project
plans, end user documentation, and training. All of this is provided at no cost, in exchange
for listing MessageOps as the Partner of Record on your account. If there is a program or
