MessageOps was founded for the sole purpose of assisting clients with their migrations to Microsoft Online and providing ongoing value after the migration. By offering migration services in exchange for the Partner of Record status, we remove the migration cost barrier for our clients. Additionally we strive to enhance our client’s Microsoft Online experience by offering free tools, which extend the functionality of Microsoft Online.

MessageOps was founded by Chad Mosman in 2009. Prior to starting MessageOps, Chad was the Vice President of the professional services organization at M3 Technology Group. M3 merged with Azaleos in April 2009, and Chad continued to run the combined professional services organization until founding MessageOps.

Before joining M3, Chad worked at Microsoft as an Exchange Rapid Response Engineer. As a member of the Rapid Response team, he was responsible for resolving critical Exchange issues onsite at some of Microsoft’s largest and most important customers, including several Fortune 10 companies, all branches of the US military around the world, and the Executive Office of the President. He has even done Exchange work on the co-founder of Microsoft’s yacht.

Chad is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Computer Science.  In January 2011 Chad was named an Office 365 MVP by Microsoft (1 of only 8 in the world at the time).
