This script allows you to easily backup and restore your BPOS mailboxes to a local server. It has the ability to also create an incremental backup script which you can schedule to run once a day to backup the past 24 hours worth of mail. All this is wrapped in a nice GUI!
The script itself relies on the Microsoft Online Migration Tools to pull the data out of BPOS to .tbin files. It’s a tough format to work with, to get data out of it, you have to restore the .tbin file to another mailbox in Microsoft Online. You can then backup the mailbox to .pst through Outlook, or give the user access to the mailbox to recover their deleted item.
