Office Live Small Business to Office 365 Transition Service
As of May 1, 2012 Office Live Small Business (OLSB) will be discontinued and replaced with Office 365. If you choose to continue your Office web presence you will have to transition your OLSB account to Microsoft Office 365. Office 365 provides you with many of the same features that you valued in OLSB and much more. Microsoft will be offering a 6-month free trial of Office 365 for professionals and small businesses as well as Office Professional Plus.

Support for E Plan Customers

Phone Support for P1 Plan Customers
For many small businesses the Office 365 P1 is an unbelievable value, but one of the biggest downsides to the P1 Plan is the lack of support. If you have an issue, you have to hope that someone responds to your supports requests in the community forums. There is no guarantee around these responses, and sometimes you just need to talk to someone to resolve issues. PST Import Services
If your organization has historical data stored in PST files, MessageOps can import that data into the new Office 365 archive. Additionally it handles the re-writting of the email addresses in the messages, so messages are reply-able after import. All this is offered at simple per GB pricing.
