Migration Services

Many organizations need help getting started with Office 365, even those with an existing IT staff. Migrations don’t take place every day, but with a bit of guidance the staff that runs your day-to-day operations can probably manage this with ease.

That’s where MessageOps can help. We can work with your IT team to configure co-existence with your existing infrastructure, trial the service, plan the migration, and help migrate the initial pilot users. Once your IT staff is comfortable with the migration process, they can assume responsibility for migrating the remaining users.  MessageOps remains available for consultations if any issues arise.  It’s a “teach you to fish” approach that we find sets our clients up for long term success, as this allows them to become familiar with Office 365 during the migration stage, so they are better suited to manage Office 365 when the migration is complete.

These migration services, at the level just described, are free to MessageOps community members that designate MessageOps as their Partner. At this level, our role is show you how it can be done, not to manage the entire migration for you.

But what about the organization without an IT staff? Or what about the organization that simply wants a partner to manage and perform the entire migration? MessageOps can help, but for that level of support we do charge a per-mailbox fee.  Contact us for our very reasonable, fixed fee, migration rates.  Rates are typically around $25 per Exchange mailbox, plus a few hours of remote support.
