Office 365 P1 Plan Phone Support

For many small businesses the Office 365 P1 is an unbelievable value, but one of the biggest downsides to the P1 Plan is the lack of support.  If you have an issue, you have to hope that someone responds to your supports requests in the community forums.  There is no guarantee around these responses, and sometimes you just need to talk to someone to resolve issues.  At MessageOps we are here to help small business get the most of Office 365, by offering paid support offerings.  Here’s how it works.

1. You must Set MessageOps as the Partner on your Office 365 subscription.  This does not cost you anything, and allows MessageOps to be paid directly by Microsoft.

2.  Once you set MessageOps as your Partner, you are automatically credited 30 minutes of support per user.  For example, if you have 10 users, you will have a credit of 5 hours of support.

3.  Once you are in our system, you can submit a ticket using our online ticketing system.

4.  Within 24 hours one of our technicians will call or email you back to work through the issue.  At this time all support is on a call back basis.  As we get more clients signed up we hope to change this so clients can call us directly.

FAQ

What if I run out of hours?

If you require more support hours, you can purchase blocks of support in 5 hour increments.  The price for 5 hours of support is $375.

What if my issue can’t be resolved?

If we can’t resolve your issue, you will not be charged for the support hours spent working on your issue.
