Group Management allows users to update the membership of Distribution Groups that they are the Manager of in the local Active Directory. These changes then get replicated to Microsoft Online via Directory Synchronization.
Password Reset allows users to reset their Microsoft Online Password without Administrator access. Password resets are a big administrative burden in Microsoft Online, and this simple web interface allows users to regain access to Microsoft Online if they forget their password.
MSO Manager

MessageOps MSO Manager allows Administrators to perform many common tasks against their Microsoft Online users directly from Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC). No more lauching the PowerShell to reset a user’s password or grant send as rights on a mailbox. You can even activate and assign a license to a Microsoft Online account through ADUC! It’s perfect for helpdesks since the application saves the Microsoft Online Administrator credentials, saving you from having to distribute the Administrator Credentials to helpdesk staff.
SharePoint Bridge v2
MessageOps SharePoint Bridge copies messages that arrive in Microsoft Exchange Online Mailboxes to Microsoft SharePoint Online document libraries. It gives Microsoft Online customers some of the same functionality that Mail Enabled Public Folders provide in on premise Exchange deployments. Uses of SharePoint Bridge include:
- Archive Exchange Online Distribution List discussions to SharePoint Online document libraries where they are archived and searchable.
- Configure generic email addresses, such as customerservice@messageops.com, and have the messages delivered to SharePoint document libraries which can be viewed and replied to by multiple people within the organization.
MessageOps Dynamic Groups
MessageOps Dynamic Groups allows you to have Dynamic Distribution Group functionality with Microsoft Online. With Dynamic Groups you simply have to create an LDAP filter in your local Active Directory and the group membership is automatically populated at a scheduled time each day. These changes are then replicated to Microsoft Online via the Microsoft Online Directory Synchronization.
