Microsoft Online User Portal

Users forgetting their Microsoft Online password is one of the most common day to day problems that administrators must deal with. MessageOps Microsoft Online User Portal allows end users to reset their own password within Microsoft Online if they forget it. The site authenticates them using their Active Directory credentials and allows them to reset the password on the corresponding Microsoft Online account. It does not require that the user have administrative rights within Microsoft Online.

It’s a perfect solution for organizations that do not want to deploy the full MessageOps Password Synchronization. It does not require any software to be installed on the
Domain Controllers. All you need is an IIS server and the server that is running Microsoft Online Directory Synchronization.

In addition to password resets it also allows end users to update the Membership of Distribution Lists that they are the manager of. The site makes the changes in the local
Active Directory and these changes are then replicated to Microsoft Online via Directory Synchronization.
