MessageOps Contact Migrator exports your existing Communictor contacts to a file which can be imported into Lync after your BPOS Transition is complete.
Using the application is easy, just click the Export Communictor Contacts button to export your Communicator contacts to a file.
After you’ve installed Lync, run the application again, click the Import Contacts into Lync button, and browse to the file that was created previously.
It does have some limitations, the main ones being it won’t back up Contact Groups, or Groups that you have added as contacts.
