OWA Notifier

OWA Notifier is a utility for users who primarily use Outlook Web Access to access their Exchange Online Mailbox. It alerts them when new mail arrives and notifies
them when they have unread mail.

OWA Notifier sits quietly in the system try waiting for new messages.

When new mail arrives, the user is notified. The popup displays who the message is from as well as the subject of the message.

If a user has an upcoming appointment, a notification is displayed to the user every 5 minutes, starting 15 minutes before the appointment.

When a user has unread mail, the system tray icon is changed, alerting them that there are unread messages in their mailbox. Moving the mouse over the icon informs the user of how many messages are unread.
