Become a MessageOps Member
To access our Solutions and Documentation you must be a MessageOps Member. Becoming a member is free for everyone. To become a MessageOps member you must fill out a very basic registration form and verify your email address. After you have successfully verified your email address, you’ll be able to download all the MessageOps Solutions and Documentation.
Register as a MessageOps Member
During the registration process we ask that you use your corporate email address and avoid free email services such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc. We reserve the right to delete any accounts registered from free email services.
Become a MessageOps Sponsor
If you already have a Partner on your account, but would like to support MessageOps and receive support for the MessageOps applications, you can become a MessageOps Sponsor. Sponsoring MessageOps helps ensure that we are able to continue to develop innovative solutions for the Microsoft Online / Office 365 community. Your payment will be used to fund the development of new applications, and also entitles you to support (click here for support details) on existing MessageOps applications. Support for MessageOps products is offered Monday – Friday , 8 AM – 6 PM EST. The initial response goal for new issues is 1 business day.
Support Includes:
- Problem identification as related to MessageOps products.
- Bug reporting, fixes, and follow up
- Advice on product issues involving general usage, implementation, and functionality.
Support does not Include:
- Step by Step installation and configuration assistance for MessageOps products.
- Support of MessageOps products on non supported systems.
- Customizations to MessageOps products.
