We are a small business that uses technology to make us more effective and more efficient.  Almost exclusively we use the MS Office programs.  Our experience was that the server that we had was fine but it was expensive, took up space, was hot, loud and required regular maintenance.  Plus, I am convinced we only used a small portion of its capabilities so we were paying for a lot of functionality that we did not need.  For us, BPOS was the perfect solution.  It offers us all the functionality we need, has none of the issues related to a physical server and the cost was about 1/3 of what we were paying.  On top of that, MessageOps made it incredibly easy to get set up and running.  And now as we discover the little tweaks we need to customize it to our unique preferences it seems the requested changes are always possible and always completed in very short order.  We are very pleased with BPOS and MessageOps.
