Running the application is easy, the user simply inputs their Office 365 user name and password, selects the PST’s they want to import and click the Start Import button.
(Note: If using Office /Outlook 2016, in order to compensate for changes, select DirectDiscover as opposed to MAPI and EWS as shown in the first screen shot of Configuration Guide link below).
The preferred payment method is to designate MessageOps as your Partner. The process is detailed on the Setting MessageOps as your Partner page. This doesn’t cost you anything and allows MessageOps to be paid by Microsoft. Once MessageOps is set as your partner, follow this link and request a license key. If you do not want to set MessageOps as your Partner, the Exchange Migrator can be purchased directly from the MessageOps Store. Pricing is based on the number of users whose PST’s you are going to import. It is licensed and supported on a per year basis.
The PST Importer can be ordered through the MessageOps Store. Before ordering please download a trial version below to make sure it fits your organizations needs.
